Tree of Life Counseling Services Internship Program
At Tree of Life Counseling Services, we are committed to shaping the next generation of mental health professionals. As a practice led by counselor educators, we understand how to effectively support, mentor, and develop counselors-in-training. We offer both practicum and internship opportunities, providing a diverse and enriching clinical experience. Our internship program upholds the highest ethical and professional standards, ensuring that trainees feel supported as they navigate their development as clinicians. Interns gain hands-on experience in a structured, educational environment that fosters growth, confidence, and competence. The program is directed by Christine Rice, MA, LPC, CCTP, and EMDR Trained, who brings extensive experience in counselor education. Interns also benefit from the expertise of our highly skilled team:

- Deirdra Rodriguez, MA, LPC, NCC, CCTP, EMDR-trained
- Megan Valore, MA, LPC
Each clinician brings a unique set of specialties, allowing interns to gain experience with a diverse client population and a variety of therapeutic approaches. Please note: Tree of Life only accepts practicum students and internship students from CACREP accredited programs.
