We offer both practicum and internship opportunities, providing a diverse and enriching clinical experience.Our internship program upholds the highest ethical and professional standards, ensuring that trainees feel supported as they navigate their development as clinicians. Interns gain hands-on experience in a structured, educational environment that fosters growth, confidence, and competence.The program is directed by Kristen Phillips, Ed.S, LPC, NCC, CAADC, ACS and EMDR-trained, who brings extensive experience in counselor education. Kristen has played a vital role in training master's-level counseling students at Wayne State University, serving as a graduate teaching assistant for three years and as an adjunct instructor.Interns also benefit from the expertise of our highly skilled team:
