Therapy with a stranger can be intimidating and scary, especially for individuals starting for the first time. I aim to create an inviting space filled with warmth and comfort. A space a client can share their challenges and concerns without a fear of judgement and a space a client can feel seen and heard through empathy and unconditional positive regard.
I work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. From children and adolescents to adults who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Grief, Family Dynamics, Self-Esteem, Emotional Dysregulation, Anger Management, Eating Disorders, and Sensory difficulties.
I am completing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Oakland University and will graduate with my LLPC following my internship in April 2022. During my internship, I am serving clients under the direct supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor. Preceding my master’s program at Oakland University, I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology, minor in family studies and minor in substance abuse disorders, treatments, and preventions from Central Michigan University. I am crisis and non-crisis prevention certified.
