Life presents us all with challenges. Talking through those challenges can prevent long standing issues from developing. Also, untangling the past through therapy can bring about unparalleled and lasting healing. I use a person-centered approach with clients that includes unconditional positive regard and compassion. The theorical leanings I tend toward are existentialism, humanistic and Internal Family systems. The quality of our relationships impacts our lives on so many levels.  My hope is that we can build a trusting relationship to work out the tangles that life has thrown your way so that it can become more fulfilling and less burdensome. The folks that enjoy working with me are retirees, those coping with chronic illnesses, and young adults.  

Office Location: Sarah holds in-person appointments out of our Rochester office as well as telehealth appointments.
