You’re the expert of your life. Let’s work together to make it the best it can be.
I am passionate about working with all individuals as they navigate through life’s unique and complex challenges. We are often unaware of how our early life experiences play a role in shaping how we perceive ourselves. Emotions, body responses, and behaviors have a powerful influence on each of us. We will work together to create breakthroughs and to improve and understand mental health and well-being. I use a soft approach in a non-judgmental space and there is certainly a safe space here to develop new habits and form new ideas. Together, we will build a strong foundation of self by using self-compassion, curiosity and honoring the present moment.
I am excited to explore this with you in therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions. In my practice, I have provided psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and adults with a range of mental health and adjustment difficulties. I believe a deeper understanding with a therapist you trust can lessen life struggles and heal inner pain and attachment injuries. I am a relationship expert with experience in domestic violence and intimate partner violence. I have received training in play-informed interventions while working with children and adolescents. I also specialize in providing parenting sessions to assist adults in a new way of learning to solve challenges in the home and to better connect with their children. I have completed a master’s degree in counseling with a focus on clinical mental health. It is my goal to work to assist you in making the changes in your life that you deserve.
As we take the first step together, we will work to create goals for your life. This will be an exciting new beginning or a journey to more great adventures.
