We will work together to attain your short- and long-term goals, fulfill your personal growth, increase self-love and worth, discover your purpose, and learn and implement new coping mechanisms.
I have spent the last 18 months working with teens that are on the Autism spectrum, but also who have emotional and behavioral problems. In addition, to working with teens, I have also worked with the Cancer population, patients, caregivers, and family members grieving their identity and loved ones. Grief is a complex attribute that can alter someone’s life in a moment and I would like to help you.
My interest lies within helping individuals confront their anxiety, depression, and grief. I want to become an extra support system for you as you work through these conditions and periods of life.
I am a limited licensed counselor and art therapist. I want to create an environment for self-exploration and expression. I have an integrative approach when it comes to treating clients. Every client is different and you deserve the best care in therapeutic techniques and interventions, which are personalized for every individual that I see. These include, but are not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered, solution-focused, existential, and humanistic approaches.
