Counseling Philosophy
Life’s journey can be difficult to navigate. I am here to help. The foundation of our therapeutic relationship will be based on support, empathy, and respect. I value providing a safe atmosphere where you feel acknowledged and validated. My focus is to help you explore your most authentic self, recognize your strengths, and overcome any challenges you may be facing. My goal is to walk alongside you and support you on your journey in life. Together, we will work to achieve your goals and increase your sense of self-worth and self-compassion.
Counseling Orientation
Every client is unique and deserves a therapeutic treatment plan that is tailored to them. Together, my clients and I build trust and rapport in an encouraging environment, so they feel comfortable expressing their vulnerabilities. I utilize an integrative counseling approach that encompasses the individual needs of each client, and I frequently use tools and techniques based on person-centered, strength-based, and multi-cultural approaches.
