If you are realizing that anxiousness, depression, strained relationships, or substance use have gotten in the way of living the life you want, it can be overwhelming to think about making a change. As a therapist, it is my goal to provide a safe and open environment for you to feel empowered to overcome the struggles you are encountering. I’m a licensed professional counselor with a masters in clinical mental health counseling and have been working in the field for over 3 years. I am in the process of becoming a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). I have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, substance misuse, relationship issues, life transitions, and trauma. I work primarily with older adolescents and adults. You can expect me to use a variety of therapeutic techniques, specifically chosen for your needs. However, I tend to use cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy. My therapeutic approach will always revolve around the therapeutic alliance and the client's needs. 

Office Location: Ashley holds in-person appointments out of our Lenox and Rochester offices as well as telehealth appointments.
